How we started

Revocruit was founded by a team of tech-savvy and creative minds with experience playing, coaching, and navigating the journey from amateur to pro-level sports. With years in the game, they saw firsthand the inefficiencies in the recruitment process and knew it was time for a change.

The spark for Revocruit came from advancements in the sports media world, particularly with the creation of 4PT (4playingtime.com)—a media platform that reshaped and improved the way coaches would consume player performance data for recruiting.

Inspired by its impact, the Revocruit team partnered with 4PT and saw an opportunity to take things even further. While 4PT reshaped how information was presented, Revocruit set out to tackle the broader challenges of recruitment—developing a powerful mobile software that improved the time spent, information quality and timing of how coaches recruit athletes.

Today

Since its release, Revocruit has grown into one of the largest networks of college basketball coaches and athletes in the country, spanning D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, High School and International leagues. It also connects athletes with the resources and advocates they need to reach the next level—from grass roots basketball, player development , basketball related media and other specialists.
